Drawing on almost twenty years of experience, I specialize in helping mission-driven organizations streamline their operations to better fulfill their core values and objectives. At Bunmi, I empower leaders to create kind, high-impact, and results-driven organizations as a fractional executive and advisor.

My expertise includes strategic coaching, aligning operations with core values, and ensuring sustainability and equity. I have done this work with lawmakers on Capitol Hill, unionized workers at an airport in Seattle, grandparents in rural Mississippi, as a founding executive at a high-growth startup, and as an advisor in the Obama Administration and Biden Transition.

A life-changing sabbatical exploring twenty cities across five continents inspired me to start Bunmi. This experience gave me the clarity to focus on what I love most: advising and helping social impact organizations thrive.

Beyond my professional pursuits, I enjoy getting lost in the woods, travel photography, and cozy murder mysteries set in quaint New England towns and English villages.
